Delete Your Word Rush Account

This page is the external deletion resource for Word Rush. It is provided so players can request account deletion even if they no longer have the app installed.

In-App Deletion

If you still have Word Rush installed, you can use the in-app deletion option by opening Settings and tapping Delete Account.

Web or Email Deletion Request

If you cannot access the app, email word.rush.help@gmail.com with the subject line Word Rush Account Deletion Request.

Please include any details that help identify the account:

• Your Word Rush display name, if known.
• The email address associated with Google Sign-In, if your account used Google Sign-In.
• Any account or player identifier you have available, plus your device platform if helpful.

What Deletion Is Intended to Remove

For a verified account deletion request, Seeley Games aims to delete or de-identify the cloud-backed data associated with that account, which may include:

• Firebase Authentication account records for the app.
• Player profile records and cloud-backed progress.
• Wallet balances, pets, achievements, and statistics.
• Daily challenge status and linked support references.
• Competitive, private match, and related history records tied to the account where applicable.

What May Be Retained

Some limited information may still be retained if reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, backup cycling, or audit purposes.

Device Data

Deleting your account does not always remove data stored only on your device. To remove local device data, you may also need to uninstall Word Rush or clear the app's storage from your device settings.
